2000-2001 ND Student of the Year

Jill Forde, from Tolna, is a graduate of Dakota Prairie High School and served as our Student of the Year in 2000-2001. She was a member of the National SADD Student Leadership Council in 2001-2002. Jill was a leader whose quiet demeanor couldn't hide her inner strength and huge heart. She is a student of Moorhead State and has two years under her belt. She recently traveled to Zurich, Switzerland, to be an aupair for three months, and will be taking a one year break from MSUM to serve in the Americorps NCCC program in Washington DC for 10 months, beginning in October.

She will then return to finish her career at MSUM, currently undecided on a major.
